HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION

Also known as Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) is a system that provides fresh air and improved climate control. It will also help reduce heating and cooling costs.

How It Works

It is very simple in principle, it uses the stale hot air i.e. air from the bathroom and kitchens etc. to cross over a heat exchanger indirectly heating up the incoming air supply by means of pipes and ceiling and wall vents. Nowadays with new builds being so airtight, proper ventilation needs to be provided and HEAT RECOVERY VENTILATION is a fantastic, controlled and energy efficient way of doing so. It will also maintain internal temperatures and humidity levels with filtered incoming air removing dust and pollen making a superior indoor and living quality for all it’s occupants.
